Glen had responsibilities for the planning, engineering, construction, installation, and maintenance of the network and end-user services. With a background in business, business startup, and operations, Glen has a wealth of knowledge regarding telecommunications and fiber networks.

WES POFF, PE, MBA
Wesley has more than 30 years of experience in Optical Fiber Manufacturing including managing teams of engineers for outfitting factories worldwide. Wes has worked in some of the finest optical fiber manufacturing factories in the world. He has experience in all aspects of optical fiber manufacturing. Wes has presented papers at the Optical Fiber Communications Conference (OFC) on next generation preform manufacturing equipment and technology.

Carl has held a number of senior positions in both large publicly traded and early-stage ventures. He has run a division with $500M in revenue for a medical device company and raised significant amount of venture capital, through multiple funding rounds.
