Glen Jones is an accomplished telecommunications and operations executive with more than 29 years of experience in optical fiber, network operations, business leadership, and organizational growth. As CEO of Lightbridge Technologies, he brings deep industry insight from his Verizon leadership experience, where he supported large-scale network planning, engineering, construction, installation, maintenance, and service delivery.

Glen brings nearly three decades of telecommunications leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision to guide Lightbridge Technologies’ growth in optical fiber manufacturing.

WESLEY POFF

Wesley Poff is a highly experienced optical fiber manufacturing executive with more than 30 years of technical, engineering, and operations leadership experience. His background includes managing engineering teams, outfitting manufacturing facilities, supporting global factory operations, and advancing next generation preform manufacturing equipment and technology.

Wesley provides the technical and operational expertise needed to build, operate, and scale a high-quality optical fiber manufacturing enterprise.

CARL VAUSE

Carl is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in corporate finance, venture capital, financial planning, investment evaluation, risk management, and financial reporting. His experience includes managing a $500 million revenue division and raising substantial venture capital across multiple funding rounds.

Carl Vause brings disciplined financial leadership, capital strategy expertise, and investor-readiness experience to support Lightbridge Technologies’ long-term growth.

Sanjay Singhvi is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor with broad experience across technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and international business.
